TO REMOVE THE STIGMA ASSOCIATED WITH MENTAL HEALTH

Focus Areas

  1. To Educate Students in Various Schools about Various types of Mental Illness and Mental Health Information.
  2. To Educate the People in the Society About Mental Health.
  3. To Become Pioneers, So that People are able to Discuss this Topics Easily and Freely and Remove the Stigma Associated with Mental Health.
  4. To Become A Guiding Light for Mental Health Information. And Thus Familiarizing People with the Concept of Good Mental Health for Good Life.

Promoting mental health awareness has become a crucial need in today’s fast-paced and often stressful world. One of the key focus areas is to educate students in various schools about the different types of mental illnesses and to provide them with accurate, age-appropriate information regarding mental health. By integrating mental health education into the school curriculum, young minds can be empowered to understand, identify, and manage mental health challenges early on. This foundational awareness helps in building emotional resilience, empathy, and a supportive environment among peers, ultimately contributing to the well-being of future generations.

Another equally important focus is to extend this awareness beyond the classroom and into society at large. Educating the general public about mental health helps bridge the knowledge gap and dispel long-standing myths and misconceptions. By organizing community workshops, awareness campaigns, and outreach programs, individuals across different age groups and backgrounds can gain a better understanding of mental health, its impact on daily life, and the importance of seeking help when needed. This societal engagement is vital for fostering a more inclusive and compassionate environment for those experiencing mental health challenges.

A major goal of this initiative is to become pioneers in the field—leading the way in making mental health a subject that can be discussed openly and without fear. By encouraging open conversations and normalizing the discourse around mental well-being, we aim to dismantle the stigma that still surrounds mental health in many communities. When people feel safe to talk about their mental struggles, it leads to early intervention, reduced suffering, and a more empathetic society.

Finally, we aspire to become a guiding light for mental health education and awareness. By consistently providing reliable information, resources, and support, we seek to familiarize people with the concept that good mental health is essential for a good life. Just as physical health is prioritized and celebrated, mental well-being deserves equal attention and care. Through these efforts, we hope to inspire a cultural shift—where mental health is not only understood but also embraced as a vital component of holistic health and human development.

Lazarus, Come Out!

Heroes in the Bible:  Lazarus, Come Out! Scripture Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this? John 11:25 Have you ever wondered why God’s timing feels so different from ours? When Jesus learned that Lazarus was sick, He didn’t rush to his side. Instead, He waited two days before going to Bethany, where Lazarus had already been in the tomb for four days. Why would Jesus delay when His friend was in such desperate need? Jesus’ response reminds us that God’s plans are always purposeful. “This sickness,” He said, “is not unto death, but for the glory of God.” What situations in your life feel delayed, but may be an opportunity for God’s glory to shine? When Jesus arrived, Martha expressed her faith, saying, “Lord, if You had been here, my brother would not have died.” Jesus answered her with one of the most profound declarati...

Why Is Jesus Called Everlasting Father?

A prophecy about Jesus Christ in Isaiah mentions various names that apply to Him. One raises questions. How is the Son of God the “Everlasting Father”?     A prophecy in Isaiah states, “For unto us a child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of peace” (Isaiah 9:6). All these titles are easily discerned except for one: Everlasting Father. God the Father What does it mean to be the Everlasting Father? We know that Scripture tells us that there is only one God the Father. The apostle Paul explained this in His letter to the Corinthian church: “For even if there are so-called gods, whether in heaven or on earth (as there are many gods and many lords), yet for us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we for Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and through whom we live” (1 Corinthians 8:5-6). Paul also wr...
